Suburban Studios Mason Hwy 42

My stay at Suburban Studios Mason Hwy 42 was excellent. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the free parking and 24-hour reception made everything so convenient. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped for an extended stay. I felt safe the entire time—Mason is known as one of the safest cities in Ohio, with quiet neighborhoods and low crime rates. Nearby, there are plenty of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options, and I loved the easy access to local attractions. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, safe, and affordable stay in the area.

I've stayed in quite a few extended stays over the years for business and personal travel and I have to say this one is one of the better ones. As a single woman traveling alone, I felt safe and comfortable here. My room was spacious and very clean when I checked in. The front desk staff was courteous and helpful. Now being an extended stay, they do not offer the typical amenities as other hotels such as a pool or breakfast, but they do have vending machines and on site laundry. However, their location is great for getting to many local attractions and easy to get to the highway. I would highly recommend them for anyone traveling to the area for business or for pleasure.

Was a great staying here . Me and my husband, we stayed here for more than 2 months. The service provided by Lady receptionist (Ashley) and the man receptionist (Saaki) were excellent. They were always on their toe to get all our problems solved. The housekeeping staff was friendly and made sure that they clean our room once in 10 days. All the amenities were included in the room rent. Overall the stay was very good . This place is highly recommended for a stay if you are looking for any in and around mason. Trust me , We had a overall good experience staying here.

.This is a fantastic extended-stay hotel, and my experience here has been nothing but positive. The staff has been consistently pleasant, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, featuring an LCD TV, microwave, full-size refrigerator, and a stove top, which makes long-term stays extremely convenient. The location is excellent—approximately two miles from Kings Island (give or take), and within a mile of a Kroger, which makes grocery trips quick and easy. There’s also a gas station directly across the street. The hotel is situated in a quiet area, and the parking feels safe and well-maintained. I’ve been here for over a month now and have not had a single issue during my stay. One moment that truly stood out was the kindness of the front desk staff. When we were temporarily without a car, a woman at the front desk was generous enough to loan me her bicycle so I could ride to the store. That level of care and consideration really says a lot about the people who work here. In my honest opinion, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a reliable, comfortable extended-stay option. I truly enjoy staying here and would gladly choose this place again anytime.

This is my third time staying here while in the area for work. I always use my Choice app to book and also use my reward points. I never have any problems at the front desk and never a security deposit. I always get a smoking jacuzzi room. People are polite and respectful here. My room is completely bug-free. I check every corner and fold in every room I get. It is not cleaned well, though. I always wipe out any tub before I use it, just because I hate the idea of commercial chemicals in my bath water. This time, there’s still a faint visible ring from the last guest. No one wiped this tub out well when they cleaned last. Gross. There’s a faint old carpet smell of mildew but that’s common in older jacuzzi rooms. It can be eliminated by spraying cheap off-brand lysol in the corners of the room and on the base of tile surrounds with each guest FYI. I did not have a microwave in my room, and the four small pillows on my comfy king size bed deflated to nothing. I also had to grab a blanket from my car for the bed, because I like a cool room and a warm bed and the blankets on the bed are very thin. My desk lamp doesn’t work, but the other two lamps do. I think it might be the outlet, not the lamp. No one has wiped out the mini fridge in quite a while. Most surfaces are dusty or just not thoroughly cleaned. But since I have no allergies, I don’t care. I keep my belongings mostly covered and packed when I stay at hotels, anyway. You’d be shocked how many clean-looking hotels are not actually clean, just like restaurants lol Overall, I will be back and choose this hotel when I’m in town. It is a great value choice on the app, and there have been no deal-breaker issues for me.

So here's the thing. If you need something that is safe, clean, affordable, staffed by people who actually care. They really are tough to beat. I was in a tough spot and couldn't find an apartment that would take me and my girlfriend. They were there for us. We are now blessed to be moving into our apartment next weekend but I am very grateful that they were here for us with a clean, safe, and comfortable roof over our head. Many businesses use them for traveling employees and I can see why. They also take security VERY seriously and at times it might feel a bit much. In this day and age I would rather be somewhere that is more vigilant. Great management and service. Very thankful
